Terms

Collaboration Terms and Conditions

1. Project Scope and Deliverables The scope of the project is defined in the initial brief provided by the client. Any additional requests or changes to the scope may require additional time and budget.

2. Provision of Information To ensure the project can be completed within the agreed budget and timeline, the client must provide all necessary briefings, data, insights, and research materials at the start of the project. Delays or incomplete information may result in additional costs or timeline extensions.

3. Design Approval Process A design proposal based on the initial brief will be created. The client can review and request revisions within the agreed-upon scope. However, suppose the design proposal meets the brief's criteria and is rejected based on subjective reasons, which are not aligned with the project’s technical requirements. In that case, a new design proposal will require additional budget allocation.

4. Time and Budget Management To ensure efficient use of time and resources, the project will follow a structured timeline. Any delays caused by the client's indecision or change of direction may result in an extension of the project timeline and additional costs.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables. Any preliminary work, concepts, or designs that are not part of the final deliverable remain the property of the designer.

6. Payment Terms Payments must be made in full based on the invoice's expiry date, regardless of project milestones. Payment delays may result in a suspension of work or additional fees.

7. Cancellation Policy In the event of a project cancellation, the client will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. If the cancellation occurs after a design has been approved, the full project fee will be due.

8. Liability The designer will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the designs beyond the scope of the original brief, including any damages incurred during the implementation of the design. The client is responsible for ensuring that all designs meet any legal and regulatory requirements.
